I WILL NOT be watching the season finale on Sunday. The leaks have shown me enough.

I might not even continue with the show. My Aemond (if I decide to keep writing him) is a mix of my HCs and book canon. I can discuss things.

Right now, I am just not happy.

I still don't acknowledge the bs of the brothel scene. I won't put that into my canon. I believe Aegon and Aemond were able to talk together and whatnot for the war effort. Aegon isn't some idiot and Aemond knows that. I always seem them like Dionysus and Ares.

There's a lot with that but either way both of them have strengths and talents but one is constantly being over looked.

Things I want to cover before writing. 1. My Aemond would never go back to his abuser. So, the scenes in the brothel are not included in my portrayal. Yes, I might reblog them for visuals, but that's it.

2. I WILL NOT be giving Aemond a mommy kink like the stupid show keeps pushing. He can enjoy tits, but that's as far as I will go. I personally don't see him like that.

I'm gonna say this unpopular opinion: My Aemond would never go back to his abuser. I have always headcanon that Aemond's time at the brothel caused a lot of emotional stress. I will not believe he went back to her. I believe he does feel regret for what happened with Luke and lost his temper. I have always said that since season one.

Why am I not writing Aemond as much? Simple. I CONSTANTLY feel like my Aemond is never what anyone wants. Everyone has their version of Aemond and mine is not what they want when I break down how I view him and write him. I feel pressured to change my Aemond and I do not want to. I almost want to delete the blog and never write him. It's to that level. I write Aemond because he is a complex character and I take from my own interpretation of the book and what little the show gave us. Is he perfect? No. Do I claim to know Aemond better than anyone? Never. I still learn about him each and every day but it is at the point where I don't even know why I am trying.

If you don't agree with how I write him, please just unfollow me. Just don't my hopes up. My aemond is entirely based on show, book, and my own HCs. If this isn't for you or you don't want to take time then please save me the stress because I can't keep being on the fence about whether I should keep trying with this muse or just delete the blog and be done with him. You all have no idea about the mental stress this blog gives me.
